Tracy Yaun is a partner in Goodman McGuffey LLP’s Atlanta office. Her practice concentrates on general civil litigation, insurance defense litigation and insurance coverage matters. Tracy has extensive experience in the areas of auto liability, premises liability, and construction defect matters. Prior to joining the firm, she spent over a decade working for insurance carriers in several capacities including claims management, litigation management, coverage counsel, staff counsel and in-house counsel.
Tracy is active in The CLM (Claims and Litigation Management Alliance) where she serves on the Construction Advisory Board. She is also active in RISE (Rising Insurance Start Executives), DRI, the Atlanta Bar Association and the CPCU Society. Tracy is a frequent presenter at industry conferences and is dedicated to mentoring young professionals.
Tracy was honored as a 2020 Emerging Leader from the APCIA and was also the recipient of the 2014 IAIP Region III Claim Professional of the Year Award. She completed CLM’s Litigation Management Institute program in 2018 earning her CLMP designation. Tracy is also an alumna of Zurich Insurance’s Global Associate program.
Tracy graduated from Emory University School of Law where she was a member of the Moot Court Society. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tufts University.
