Kyle K. Hardy
Kyle Hardy is an Associate Attorney at Goodman McGuffey LLP and works in the firm’s Atlanta office focusing in Workers’ Compensation Defense.
Kyle graduated from UCLA with a Biology degree and earned a Dean’s Honors List distinction during pre-med studies. He attended EMT school at the UCLA Center for Prehospital Care and worked as an EMT in South Central Los Angeles responding to 911 calls. Kyle was hired as a Clinical Instructor by the UCLA Center for Prehospital Care and promoted to Senior Clinical Instructor.
Kyle attended paramedic school at Texas A&M (TEEX). While in College Station Kyle designed and participated in patient care scenarios in “Disaster City” for a full-scale exercise of FEMA sponsored Texas Task Force 1. Kyle worked as a Rec Medic and EMS Instructor for Texas A&M and as a paramedic for Medstar in Fort Worth.
Kyle is an Honors Graduate of Savannah Law School, where he earned four CALI awards for top score in class. While in law school Kyle worked in Plaintiff firms focusing in medical malpractice and personal injury. Kyle also was a Judicial Extern for the Honorable John E. Morse Jr., working on cases ranging from family law to death penalty.
Kyle is fluent in Spanish and before joining Goodman McGuffey LLP was a Spanish Review Attorney for Winston & Strawn LLP in Houston. There, Kyle focused on projects stemming from patents, litigation, and various investigations.
Kyle was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2018. Outside of work Kyle enjoys rock climbing and exploring the Georgia mountains with his pandemic pup.
