Nathaniel K. Hofman
Nathan is an associate in the Atlanta office of Goodman McGuffey, LLP. Nathan is a part of the firm's liability defense practice group. He represents clients in a wide range of liability matters in state and federal court. Nathan has experience defending cases involving premises liability, negligent hiring and retention, auto-owner liability, and 42 U.S.C. 1983 actions.
While working on his juris doctorate at Marquette University, Nathan was a Judicial Intern at the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, was the Vice President of the Student Bar Association, volunteered at the Milwaukee Justice Center’s Family Law Helpdesk, and was a research assistant to Professor Jay Grenig. Nathan graduated with honors for his pro bono work. Nathan was a member of the Moot Court Association National Competition Committee, and was a competitor in the Evan A. Evans Moot Court Competition.
