Stephanie is an equity partner at Goodman McGuffey LLP. She works out of the Atlanta, Georgia office. Her practice concentrates on first and third party insurance coverage, and bad faith/extra-contractual litigation. In addition to insurance coverage and extra-contractual litigation, Stephanie has experience in general civil litigation, and insurance defense litigation. Stephanie has tried cases in both state and federal court and has handled appeals at all levels.
Stephanie received her B.A. in English from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law and has been admitted to practice law in Georgia since 1999. Immediately after law school Stephanie spent a two-year term clerking for the Honorable Mary E. Staley in the Cobb County Superior Court. She is a current member of the State Bar of Georgia and has served as national coverage counsel for several different insurance companies. Stephanie speaks nationwide on topics including insurance coverage, construction defect litigation, bad faith, and fraud.
